1. Introduction

Welcome to Scory ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

Scory is a board game score-keeping application that allows users to track scores for various games. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Data and Privacy

• We do not store any of your data on our servers. All game data is stored locally on your device.
• We do not send any data from the App to external servers.
• No identifying data is shared with any third party.
• All your data can be deleted directly within the App at any time.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments, including in-app purchases, are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store. We do not handle, process, or store any payment information. Any billing inquiries should be directed to the respective store. We do not offer free trials.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. All ad serving, tracking, and related data processing is handled entirely by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's privacy policies. You can remove ads by upgrading to the paid version of the App.

6. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data directly within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will also remove all associated data from your device.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's functionality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Apple Standard EULA

This Agreement incorporates by reference the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") published by Apple, Inc. (available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).

To the extent that this Agreement conflicts with the Standard EULA, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Romain Spielmann only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or the content thereof.
